Film Review Grosse Pointe Blank

This film is great fun to watch. It's like a trip down memory lane, but with the good memories, not the ones where you are locked in a closet being burned with hot needles. The soundtrack is excellent and the mix of action and romance both amusing and entertaining.

I could go on about the excellent acting and story. I've already mentioned the wonderful soundtrack. I'm not even going to describe the film, you should just watch it.

If you haven't seen this yet, then you owe it to yourself to do so.

Hitman Martin Blank's (John Cusack) day goes from bad to worse when he messes up his latest job due to the intervention of his rival, Grocer (Dan Aykroyd). To make amends with his client, Martin has to travel to Grosse Pointe and take out a Federal witness. This trip coincides with his high school reunion, so Martin meets up with his former sweetheart Debi (Minnie Driver), unaware that he is being tailed by two government agents and Felix, another rival assassin who is out for his blood.
